Terms of participation

In addition to the general conditions of participation of the affiliate network, the following conditions of participation apply to our affiliate program::

1. Partner approval
The Partner will not place the hyperlinks on websites that contain or associate the following content::
Politics, eroticism, pornography, weapons, violence, glorification of violence, drugs and content relevant to criminal law.
The Partner further warrants that its website/s are also not associated with such content or used in such contexts.

2. Website exclusion
We reserve the right to exclude websites / partners, in particular in the event of violations of applicable law and, in particular, in the event of the conclusion of our own partner programs, in the event of poor accessibility of the partner pages (especially in case of above-average long loading times, frequent inaccessibility, etc.), incomplete page content, pages that contain links to pornographic content or content that glorifies violence, pages that primarily contain sweepstakes and pages that contain offers for banner exchange.

3. Copyright, name and brand law
The partners must observe the copyright and proprietary rights of Jack Wolfskin Retail GmbH. The use of the advertising material provided is only permitted within the framework of the partner program. The name "Jack Wolfskin" or word combinations containing this name may not be used in the header of the HTML page or as a domain name. This also applies to words and descriptions that are spelled similarly to the name "Jack Wolfskin" or sound similar (so-called typo domains, e.g. Jack Wolfskins, Jak Wolfskin, Jack Wolfskinner etc.).

4. Compensation
The affiliate receives a compensation according to the commission model stored in the affiliate network. Commission is paid on the net sales of a valid order within the affiliate program.

5. Vouchers
Voucher / reward codes may only be used those approved for the partner program (see advertising material).
Print vouchers from newspapers and magazines are excluded from use.
They may not be publicly posted on the internet without written permission.
Sales generated in connection with these voucher codes will be automatically cancelled by Jack Wolfskin and will not be rewarded unless written permission has been granted by Jack Wolfskin.

Free goods may only be used if they have been approved for the partner program (see advertising material).
Sales generated in connection with unapproved free goods will be automatically cancelled by Jack Wolfskin and will not be rewarded unless written permission has been granted by Jack Wolfskin.

6. Keywordbuying/SEM
Keyword marketing is prohibited; bidding on the brand Jack Wolfskin, Jack Wolfskin Retail GmbH in the same or similar spelling and in word combinations as well as bidding on the brands of direct competitors is also prohibited. We hereby prohibit you from using the keyword Jack Wolfskin in Broad, Phrase and Exact in your SEM campaigns, as well as from using the misspellings Jack Wolfskins, Jak Wolfskin, Jack Wolfskinner etc. in all match types.

7. Advertising material
Only those provided by Jack Wolfskin may be used as advertising material.
Only with the express permission of Jack Wolfskin can image and text materials be changed.

8. Postview
The application for the Jack Wolfskin affiliate program via postview, i.e. the setting of the Jack Wolfskin direct cookie already when the advertising material is displayed, is not allowed.
All sales generated via this technique will be cancelled.

9. Liability
The partners shall indemnify Jack Wolfskin Retail GmbH against any claims made by third parties against Jack Wolfskin Retail GmbH as a result of conduct attributable to the partners. Without prejudice to statutory injunctive relief, claims for damages and other claims, Jack Wolfskin Retail GmbH shall be entitled to a contractual penalty of EUR 5,000 for each case of infringement of competition, copyright, name or trademark law.

10. Comparison Shopping Services (CSS)
Shopping Ads are forbidden and may onle be placed after consultation and approval.
